Braddock, Pennsylvania - in college i used to drive a delivery truck through this small town outside of pittsburgh. it was once the epicenter of the industrial revolution and the country's steel empire. with a 90 percent loss of population, it's a vivid example of what happens when big business leaves town, jobs go overseas, and the streets decay. in the last 10 years though, this little town is being revived by a budding creative community led by a tirelessly optimistic mayor.
